Purification Plus! Instructions

Schedule:

MetX drops: 12 drops (15 minutes away from anything in the mouth) 3 times/day

Prosynbiotic: one capsule three times per day with meals or shakes

SP Cleanse: three caps in a.m. and four capsules in p.m. (with or

without food)

SP Complete DF: two- three shakes per day

Basic Shake Recipe:

2 rounded scoops SP Complete DF

8 ounces filtered water (adjust water if you like it thick or thin or small or large)

1 Tablespoon Barlean’s Forti-Flax (ground flax seeds)

1/4-1/3 cup fruit (berries are best, but anything from the fruit list is ok)

Add a small handful of greens (not necessary but good especially if you don’t like eating your

greens)

Add to blender and liquify. Make all of your shakes for the day at the same time so they

are ready to go!! Most people will only need two shakes but listen to your body and

have three if you are hungry.

Only eat the fruit and vegetables from the above list.

Limit fruit to one piece or one serving per day. (not including the fruit in the shake)

You may add an egg or two (any style) if you feel you need it. (don’t automatically do

this daily, but some people who need more protein might need to do this more often.

Don’t skip the shakes during the day because these are well-balanced, bio-available

nutrition that will keep the cravings at bay.

Use coconut vinegar, apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar for salad dressing. (not

vinagrette)

Don’t forget the MetX drops because they will help your metabolism and give you an

added edge to release the extra weight.

You can use a very small amount of coconut oil or avocado oil for cooking.

Invited out? Have a piece of fish—-and take a fruit tray to share—this way you won’t

blow it!

Don’t overdo the exercise—just walk or do yoga—some movement is great, but pushing

the body will just stress your body.

Don’t forget the Celtic salt—use on your food (to your taste).
