“JumpStart” Food Plan — No Oils or Butters


Take three times per day .5 ml (mark on dropper). Avoid eating or drinking (even water) 15 minutes before and after taking the drops. It is best to place the drops under your tongue and hold for one minute before swallowing. The dosage may be adjusted depending upon individual needs.

Whole Food Concentrates

Refer to your “Patient Supplement Schedule” you received from us. Your concentrates have been chosen specifically for you from over 300 concentrates we carry at ADIO.

Protein Choices (8-12 ounces, cooked)

Buffalo, Venison, grass-fed beef, veal, free-range organic chicken or turkey breast, wild caught WHITE fish, shrimp, lobster, scallops, skip jack tuna in water, organic low-fat cottage cheese, organic low-fat plain Greek yogurt, organic eggs, or soy tempeh (without grain) for vegans. No processed meats.

Vegetable Choices (4 cups at least)

Arugula, bell pepper, bok choy, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, chard, collard greens, cucumber, endive, green beans, lettuces, mushrooms, mustard greens, jicama, parsley, radishes, snap peas, summer squash, spinach, sprouts, tomatoes, zucchini

Fruit Choices (only two fruit choices per day)

Medium apple (3 inches)

Medium orange (3 inches)

6-8 organic strawberries

1/3 cup blueberries or raspberries

Organic food is always best. Always fresh food (no canned) and some frozen is ok. All seasonings and fresh salsa are allowed as long as they do not contain sugar, oil or salt. Only use Celtic salt. Apple cider vinegar, coconut vinegar or balsamic vinegar are allowed. Stevia is the only sweetener you can use—without any other ingredients. Herbal teas without added ingredients are allowed. The juice of half of a lemon, fresh squeezed is ok also. You may use a tiny amount of coconut oil to sauté. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.
