10 Day Blood Sugar Program - Cheat Sheet

In just a few easy steps you will be on your way to a healthy blood sugar response. That means more control over cravings, less irritability, less fatigue, better memory and a sense of well-being. Not to mention less fat around your belly. So let's get started!

Nutrition Protocol

Whey Pro Complete

3 shakes per day (2 scoops per shake). If you cannot do 3 shakes, do at least 2.

Master Shake Recipe:

8 ounces of filtered water
2 rounded scoops Whey Pro Complete
1/2 Tablespoon flax oil
1/3 - 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (choices on your list)
stevia to taste

Blend until creamy smooth (you can make your shakes all at once in the morning for the whole day and take them with you).

SP Cleanse

5 capsules at breakfast. 5 capsules at lunch. 5 capsules at dinner.

Cataplex GTF

3 tablets at breakfast. 3 tablets at lunch. 3 tablets at dinner.

Gymnema

2 tablets at breakfast. 1 tablet at lunch. 1 tablet at dinner.

Food

Pick either Phase 1 or Phase 2 foods. Use Phase 1 if weight loss is a goal. Both Phase 1 and 2 are healthy foods to include in your program and beyond.

Be sure to eat enough food and eat more often, if needed. Don't get hungry. It's stressful.

Eat twice as many vegetables as fruit.

Choose organic foods whenever possible.

Eat different vegetables in a variety of colors to ensure adequate nutrient intake.

Never use canned food, but some frozen is OK. Only eat the foods on your list.

Water

Drink Water!!

Be sure you drink filtered water (the best is a filter that removes chlorine as well as impurities).

At least 8 - 10 glasses of water per day and up to 1/2 your body weight in ounces. A person who weighs 150 pounds should drink 75 ounces of water per day.

Salt

Celtic Salt is an important part of this program.

You need at least 1/4 to 1/2 of a teaspoon per day. VERY IMPORTANT!!!
