When a client seeks wellness coaching, and when ADIO Life Center accepts a client, it is essential that both are seeking and working for the same goals.

At ADIO we expect our clients to take full responsibility for their decisions to participate in any of the programs offered by ADIO Life Center.

At ADIO Life Center we do not identify, diagnose, or treat ANY condition or disease. We have only one goal: TO SUPPORT THE BODY IN IT'S QUEST FOR HEALTH.

The ADIO Method is a non-therapeutic approach to wellness.

1.Dale Lotter is a 1984 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and is a National Board of Chiropractic Licensing Diplomate. After 21 years in practice, Dale retired from chiropractic practice in 2004 and no longer practices as a doctor. You will receive no chiropractic or medical care at ADIO Life Center. Should you want to see a chiropractor, or any other licensed healthcare provider, we will be happy to refer you to one.

2.It is very strongly advised that you speak to your doctor prior to making any decisions about altering any medical regimen you are currently following, changing your diet, taking supplements, or going on an exercise and/or weight-loss program. Should any health condition or concern arise while you are a client at ADIO Life Center, we recommend that you immediately see the appropriate health care provider.

3.At ADIO Life Center any opinions that are rendered by Dale Lotter or his staff regarding any health condition should never be construed as medical advice but merely as an opinion in an educational context. If you would like medical advice please see a medical doctor. We will not deal with any medical conditions at ADIO.

4.Any nutritional/dietary advice or recommendation made in this office is not to diagnose or treat a condition or a disease. Rather it is to aid the body's own innate intelligence with the healing process. These recommendations are not designed to replace any medications you are currently taking or any medical care you are currently receiving. All testing done and information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice. All testing done at ADIO is non-medical and does not attempt to diagnose or treat anything.

5.At ADIO Life Center, when referring to and dealing with the organs, hormones and the glandular system it is always in the context of their energy field and their interconnecting energy pathways. The ADIO Method is concerned only with the vitality of these pathways and is not a treatment for chemical or hormonal imbalances or any pathology. If you want to be treated for anything, we will be happy to refer you to the appropriate healthcare provider.

6. Blood,Urine and Saliva Tests: at ADIO we may look at your blood, urine and saliva test results as a way of getting acquainted with your overall health. We will never use these tests to diagnose or treat any disease. We will not make any medical recommendations based on your blood, urine or saliva tests. However, we may use the information in these tests to support your overall health nutritionally. Should any parameter in a blood, urine or saliva test be outside of it's normal range, this is a medical condition and needs to be addressed with your physician and not with ADIO. We are not licensed or equipped to make any medical recommendations based on blood, urine or saliva test results. Any discussion relating to your test results at ADIO is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice.

7.Stretching and exercising naturally involves the risk of injury to you, whether you or someone else causes it.

Any dietary/nutritional change has certain risks attached, as do changes to the Human Body Field (thru energy work).

ADIO client duties and challenges that could be experienced while doing any ADIO program.

If you are having any health challenges currently, please call your doctor immediately and discuss this program with him/her and make sure you get their blessing before starting. ADIO Life Center is not a medical facility and therefore cannot assume responsibility for any medical condition.

We also have to assume that by following any ADIO Program or protocol, you have checked with your doctor prior. It is your responsibilty to do so, not ADIO's.

Allergies - Please check the ingredient labels on all supplements to identify any potential allergens. If you notice any ingredients that you are allergic to in any of the supplements, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist you in finding alternatives.

Constipation - We do not want this to happen! Please take this very seriously! Occasionally a high fiber diet can cause this when someone is not accustomed to these foods. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water (8-10 glasses/day). If you go one day without a BM let us know immediately, stop taking the prebiotic inulin, buy some Smooth Move tea at any health food store and start taking it until the problem is resolved. The next option is to purchase a bottle of liquid magnesium citrate from any drug store. Drink this at night before bed, and in most cases, this should solve the problem by the morning. If this does not work, do daily enemas and/or get a colonic irrigation. If you have a history of constipation or you have not had a bowel movement in 36 hours, contact your doctor immediately, don't wait! If you have been prescribed laxatives, do not discontinue without first speaking to your doctor.

Difficulty Swallowing Capsules: Do not swallow handfuls of capsules! The outer coating of the capsules may become sticky and can get stuck if not enough water and food is taken at the same time. Take them one at a time with plenty of water and/or the shake.

Nausea: This is uncommon; however, some of us have sensitive palates and stomachs. If the shakes or capsules make you nauseous or cause you to throw up, stop taking them immediately and let us know that you are having a challenge. Always remember: the capsules and shakes are comprised of organically grown real food. If the challenge is just with the capsules it is probably because you are not taking them with enough food/water. In this case try taking all the capsules one at a time with the shake instead of with water.

Lack of Energy: This can happen a few days into the plan and is quite common. Since you have removed all the artificial stimulants from your diet you will feel the effects for a few days. When your energy returns it will be real, natural energy. If it continues you are not eating enough food. Never let this happen. Eat plenty.

Headaches: You may experience a headache a few days into the plan as a result of toxins being eliminated from your system. If the headache is severe and persistent it is usually caused by the elimination of caffeine. If this is the case, resume drinking your usual caffeinated beverage in an amount that is sufficient to eliminate the headache. As your headaches diminish, slowly wean yourself off the caffeine.

Cold Sores: While uncommon, if you get a cold sore during or after your purification program, it is usually due to a lack of l-lysine in your diet. L-lysine (an amino acid) is readily available at all health food stores and can be taken by anyone.

Blood Thinners: If you are on any blood thinning medications, you will need to have the levels of these medications monitored by your doctor. A healthy diet comprised of real food could impact the effect of these drugs.

Diabetes: If you have diabetes and you are taking insulin or other diabetes medications, it is important that you closely monitor your blood sugar levels as these will most likely change. Eating real food can lower blood sugar levels dramatically a sign of health! You will need to speak to your doctor about your medications.

High Blood Pressure: It is very common to see blood pressure levels drop dramatically during and after the purification program. If you are currently taking blood pressure medications, speak to your doctor.

Supplements And Medications: Certain supplements could impact the efficacy of the medications you are currently taking, and others could be contraindicated. If you are currently under the care of a physician or are taking medications, it is your responsibility to check with your doctor PRIOR to starting this program to make sure that the supplements you will be taking pose no risk. Never stop taking medications or supplements prescribed by your doctor without first consulting him/her. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Always check with your doctor prior to starting a new supplement.

Medications, Food And Weight Loss: It is possible that, as one loses weight, the effects of certain medications could change. This is why it is important to be in touch with your doctor for the duration of this program in case changes to your medications or diet need to be made. Ask your doctor if there are any foods that need to be avoided. If so, please inform the staff at ADIO immediately. Do not eat such foods.

Food: It is your responsibility to heed the advice of your healthcare professional when it comes to changing your diet. If you have been instructed to eat or not to eat certain foods, or to limit the intake of certain foods, we do not want to contradict that advice. Please let us know if any of our recommendations are contrary to what you have been instructed to do by your physician, so that we can find alternatives.
